What is memory foam?

It is said that memory (visco elastic foam) was the biggest breakthrough in the sleep industry since springs were introduced into mattresses in 1925. It is well known that memory foam is currently the best pressure-relieving material in the industry. Use this information, study it in depth to know exactly what the benefits of using memory foam are and how it works, what benefits come from regularly sleeping on memory foam surfaces.

MEMORY FOAM

WHAT IS MEMORY FOAM? WHERE DID IT COME FROM? HOW CAN YOU HELP ME SLEEP?

MI AZ A MEMORY HAB? HONNAN JÖTT? HOGY TUD SEGÍTENI AZ ALVÁSBAN?Memory foam is made of viscoelastic polyurethane, which is temperature sensitive.

The lower the temperature, the greater its viscosity (resistant to change). It has greater elasticity at higher temperatures and is also pressure sensitive. This means that the memory foam mattress, mattress topper is capable of tracking the body line in millimeter accuracy. This allows the mattress to support the body in several places.

The biggest pressure points of the body are the shoulders, hips, knees, and head.

The first known Memory foam was created in 1972 as TEMPUR for NASA's space shuttle seats to curb the effects of the high G-forces experienced by astronauts during take-off and landing. It's never fully developed, nor does it come close to the memory foams we find in stores today, and this foam has never set foot in the space program, however, they continue the legacy that NASA has begun to develop.

What really brought memory foam development to the fore was when NASA decided who would give its technological development to the "general public" and commercial use. Most companies encountered a number of obstacles during the long development process that they were unable to overcome, but one company (Fagerdala World Habok) sweden survived and created the first usable memory foam.

In 1991, the Tempur-Pedic brand was created. Their goal is to commercialize the first series of memory foam mattresses for the first time in the world. The rest, as they say, is history. In the late 1990s, other manufacturers began to develop memory foam mattresses.

Memory Foam mattress has many benefits for users. The 2 most obvious: greater comfort, reduced pressure on the body and spine. In addition, it has been proven that during the sleep of memory foam mattress users, there are more and more so-called DELTA and Rapid-Eye Movement (REMs) phases and less (Non-Rapid-Eye-Movement, NREM) phases. So we get a better quality sleep.

We rest more in less time on memory surfaces than on traditional mattresses.

If you are allergic, then the memory foam mattress can be especially useful because it is hypoallergenic, and it is also excellent against dust mites. Memory Foam mattresses are a significant benefit, especially for those who have poor blood circulation, fibromyalgia or osteoporosis.
